The Moral Education Team was established in 1989. It aims to inculcate in students the concept of righteousness and positive life values. In 1994, the Pastoral Care Unit was set up to develop students' all-roundedness.

In the school, the team regularly organizes a variety of activities including speeches in morning assemblies, the display of maxims, class periods, model student elections, awards for reporting lost properties to teachers etc. Through such activities, students are encouraged to develop personal and intellectual integrity. In 2002, the team published a booklet namely "The Essence of Morality". It is a collection of teachers' morning speeches for teaching purposes and pleasurable reading.

Apart from internal activities, the team frequently organizes talks and dramas with the support of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC); so as to deepen students' understanding of the importance of honesty and trustworthiness.

In the future, students' integrity and propriety would continue to be promoted to develop a sense of responsibility among them.
